A wonderful warm rear extension to an existing Victorian terrace that expresses the simplicity and beauty of modern building materials. Working closely with the architects, the junctions and members were carefully and considerately detailed to craft an elegant new space.

In keeping with the sustainable and simplistic approach of the build, we designed an all-timber sway frame to the rear with concealed bolted connections, intead of a more traditional steel box frame. In doing so, no steel members were used in the design of the extension.
